Where does your seafood come from?
We source our products globally from sustainable fisheries and trusted local harvesters. Each product page lists the specific origin, whether it is wild-caught Alaskan salmon or premium Japanese A5 Wagyu.
What happens if my order arrives thawed?
While we take every precaution, if your order arrives completely thawed or damaged, please take photos and contact our customer support within 24 hours for a full replacement or refund.
Do you offer local pickup options?
Currently, we operate as a direct-to-consumer online market. We ship nationwide to ensure that 'near me' applies to every doorstep in the country, regardless of proximity to a coast.
Can I track my delivery in real-time?
Yes. Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's progress until it reaches your home.
Are your products frozen or fresh?
Most of our seafood is 'Flash-Frozen' at sea or immediately upon harvest. This process locks in nutrients and flavor better than traditional 'fresh' seafood that may sit in a grocery case for days.
